Dado Art Gallery 다도화랑

다도화랑은 1992년 2월 개관 이후 회화, 조각, 도자 분야의 초대작가 약 300여 분과 함께 130회 이상의 기획 초대전을 개최해왔습니다. 구상조각회와 신진작가 후원을 위한 전시뿐만 아니라, 한국 근대 조각의 선구자인 정관 김복진 선생의 자료를 발굴·복원하고, 전시와 문집 발간, 추모비 건립 등 다양한 문화 사업에도 힘써왔습니다.

국내외 주요 아트페어에 꾸준히 참가하며 한국 작가들의 작품을 세계에 소개하고 있으며, 유망 작가의 발굴과 지원에도 지속적으로 노력하고 있습니다. 한국화랑협회 회원 화랑으로서 앞으로도 예술 생태계의 건강한 발전에 기여하고자 합니다.

Since its opening in February 1992, Dado Art Gallery has hosted over 130 curated exhibitions in collaboration with approximately 300 invited artists in the fields of painting, sculpture, and ceramics. The gallery has organized notable exhibitions such as the Figurative Sculpture Exhibition and fundraising shows to support emerging artists. It has also played an active role in cultural preservation by uncovering and restoring the legacy of Kim Bok-jin, a pioneer of modern Korean sculpture, through exhibitions, publications, and the construction of a memorial monument.

Dado Art Gallery regularly participates in major art fairs in Korea and across Asia, introducing Korean artists to the international art scene and supporting the growth of emerging talent. As a member of the Galleries Association of Korea, the gallery remains committed to contributing to the sustainable development of the arts and cultural landscape.
